Hi and welcome to my portfolio. My name is Agnes Forsell you could say that I am a UI designer by day and an artist/illustrator by night. What you se in this portfolio is some of the art work/projects I have done while i freelancing.
Altho i have a range in my artwork and i like trying out new styles or techniques the things i enjoy the most is creating corky characters and playful compositions. I also prefer working with vector graphics because it is ridiculously flexible which gives you endless possibilities to create, reuse and redesign until magic.
As a kid i wanted to make illustrations for children’s books. That hasn’t happened yet… but playful illustrations that can tell a whole story in a simple way still sparks my imagination and inspires me.
Board games runs in my blood and I spend a lot of time playing with my friends and family. Clever design combined with artwork that can guide the players, create an atmosphere and have personality is a true inspiration to me.
My job as a UI designer has given me a passion for creating detail with intention of supporting the bigger picture. It has also given me great experiences in teamwork throughout the creative process with all sorts of rolls and competences.
